SERVICE POLICY:
Our products are warranted against defects in components and manufacturing for a
period of 2 years from the date of purchase. To guarantee continued reliability
and proper operation all warranty repair must be performed at the factory.
Non-warranty repairs should also be performed at the factory. We recognize the
fact that if your equipment goes down, so does your work and for this reason we
offer very fast turn around time on repairs, usually 3 working days or less.
